Belho, Last Domestic Training Under the Stinging Autumn Sun

Belho, Last Domestic Training Under the Stinging Autumn Sun… To Hangzhou on the 19th

Complete 100 minutes with warm-ups and mini-games…

Focus on compression and decompression training

The Asian Games women’s soccer team, led by coach Colin Bell,

worked hard during their last domestic training before leaving the country.

The women’s soccer team, led by Coach Bell, held its last domestic training

at the National Team Training Center (NFC) in Paju, Gyeonggi Province, on the morning of the 18th.

Belho leaves for Hangzhou, the site of the decisive battle, 스포츠토토

via Incheon International Airport on the afternoon of the 19th.

On this day, the day before her departure, the national team completed training that lasted for about 100 minutes from 10 a.m.

In an unofficial practice match against the Taiwanese national team held at the NFC on the 15th,

multiple goals from Eun-joo Moon (Hwacheon KSPO) and goals from key players

such as Yu-ri Choi and Eun-seon Park (Seoul City Hall) resulted in a 7-0 win, boosting confidence.

The sound of the players cheering pierced the sky.

The players started by stretching their hamstrings (the muscles behind the thighs)

warmed up their bodies with various stretches and light jumping.

Training to maintain balance continued, such as standing on one foot and lowering the upper body and holding on.

After the 15-minute warm-up, Coach Colin Bell led the tactical training by directly communicating

with the players in simple Korean, such as ‘good job’ and ‘quickly’.

On this day, under the unusually hot autumn sunlight,

we were divided into the ‘Red’ team, which wore red national team training uniforms,

the ‘Yellow’ team, which wore yellow vests, and played a mini game.

About half of the ground was used, and a total of eight mini-goals were placed on all sides.

Red focused on establishing a stable build-up from the goalkeeper stage with simple passes,

while Yellow hindered Red’s attack development with strong forward pressure.

In a mini-game with 10 to 11 players on each team in a narrow stadium,

the intensity of pressure was bound to be relatively strong,

but the players solved the game through constant communication.

When Choi Yu-ri, a leading striker who recently moved to Birmingham City in the English Women’s Second Division (Championship),

showed off her light movements, Ji So-yeon (Suwon FC) gave a thumbs up,

saying, “Birmingham, of course!”

Soon, Coach Bell erected a formal goalpost instead of a minigoalpost and expanded the area

where minigames would be played to about ⅔ of the ground.

In the second mini-game, which was played three to four times for about 6 to 7 minutes,

the players’ pressure intensity and aggressiveness increased further.

Coach Bell’s instructions to appropriately mix lateral passes and forward passes

depending on the situation were delivered to the players during the mini-game, and between sessions,

Coach Bell personally gathered the red players and gave them tactical instructions.

The final course was a high-difficulty decompression training.

A total of 20 players in red and yellow were often seen getting their feet tangled in a narrow area

that was reduced to about ¼ of the ground,

but they mainly refined the game management aspects

to have a wide view and make passes concisely and accurately even in urgent situations.

Park Eun-sun, wearing a yellow vest, covered her face

when her shot hit the goalpost and the other players sighed for a moment,

but soon continued training again with Coach Bell’s cheering, “Good job, guys.”

Coach Bell gathered the players at the end of the morning training,

which lasted about 100 minutes, and gave general feedback before ending the training.

Meanwhile, on this day’s training, Kang Chae-rim, Hong Hye-ji (Incheon Hyundai Steel),

Kim Yun-ji (Suwon FC) withdrew due to injury, and their places

were replaced by Kwon Ha-neul (executive director), Kim Hye-young (Gyeongju KHNP),

Jeong Seol-bin (Incheon Hyundai Steel). Filled.

Kang Chae-rim is expected to take a recovery period due to shingles,

Hong Hye-ji and Kim Yun-ji have thigh injuries.

The Korea Football Association predicted that the replacement of the player roster

would be finalized by this day.
